Frequently asked questions

How do I submit a review?

Select the make and model you’re interested in reviewing.

Next, rate your car against the following six criteria; ‘Looks’, ‘Safety’, ‘Good to drive’, ‘Running costs and reliability’, ‘Equipment’ and ‘Overall Satisfaction’ ratings. Beneath the ratings we ask you to review your car based on three sections; ‘Pros’ ‘Cons’ and ‘Review’ fields.

Agree to our terms and conditions and your review is as good as live!

How does the most popular review rating work?

At the end of every review you’ll see a link titled ‘was this review helpful?’ The more times this link is clicked, the more popular the review and the better its rating.

What if I disagree with other reviewers’ comments?

If you disagree with other reviewers, please submit your own review based on your own experience of the vehicle.
