Pros:
Reliable and cheap to run and maintain. Had no major mechanical problems. Not gone too shabby despite age.
Cons:
Doors difficult to open on frosty cold mornings. Paint work on one panel has faded. Heavy on steering.
Comments:
I would buy VW again.
