Reliable - good on the motorway. Comfortable. looks ok in the right colour.

Unrefined diesel engine - lots of rattles and not very smooth. Major flatspot under 1800 rpm - put your foot down and nothing happens. same on my colleague's identical car. Handling is a bit vague when you put your foot down. Its a company car but I would be very disappointed if I had spent my own money.

I used to have a 1.4 old shape Focus which was like driving a go kart - lots of fun! This is dull in comparison! My partner has a Skoda Fabia 1.9TDI with 140000 miles on the clock which is quicker quieter and much more refined!
