I describe this as my 'girly 4x4'. It aspires to be a proper 4x4 but doesn't quite make it. It's a 1998 version with no refinements (or roof bars). Great driving position and good alround visibility although the door pillars can hide a motorbike if you aren't careful. Parking is a dream and the turning circle is by far the best I've had. I get around 32-35mpg and I don't drive very carefully so a reasonable consumption for a fairly hefty 2.0l petrol engine.
