Excellent handling, returning between 39 - 45 per gallon, on mixed motorway and around town driving. Had focus for the last 4 years and done 45000 miles with no problems (touch wood), just servicing and tyres to date.

Brakes don't fill you with confidence when braking at speed. Rattles from dashboard can be annoying

A very good drivers car with excellent handling. Good at motorway speeds, but even better on the country roads. Fully entertaining. The brakes when used at speed seem to fade when pressed hard, and seem to need that extra push. Comfort is good, as often do 400 non stop trips, and suffer no discomfort. Fuel consumption has been better than expected even when driving at 80 - 85 mph. Overall very pleased, just hope the new model is as good
