Fuel Economy (averaging 46mpg), Looks (with optional 18" wheels), handling in the dry.

BMW main dealer service bills can be expensive, looks terrible on std 16" wheels yet the ride is quite hard with the 18s, can be a bit lairy in the wet, the interior is a little dull

Overall it's a great car, for a car with decent performance getting 46mpg and only having to service it every 18k is more than welcome on the pocket. It's a car that needs to be driven hard to be fully appreciated, just for pottering about it's no better than an average car but when you're driving on fast A and B roads it comes alive.
