Pros:
Engine is superb, very fast acceleration at high revs and reaches very good top speeds as tested on the German Autobahns
Cons:
Handling is not the best, it has very soft suspension and the ride is too high should be lowered a bit, the interior is also very cheap like on a Ford except you have some extras with the Toyota like A/C and multi-function CD player.
Comments:
The Avensis 1.8 GLS is a car which lacks the quality interior and the heavy stature of the German cars. However, this car is extremely reliable and has an engine made for sports cars...the Lotus Elise engine is based on the same Avensis engine so you can imagine the performance this engine can give especially at high RPM.
