Pros:
Fast all-weather transport.
Acceleration, brakes, seats and handling v good.
Has road presence!
Cons:
Ride is rock hard - ridiculously so!
Water pump failure @ 53,000 miles meant £3k engine rebuild and Subaru didn't cover it under warranty cos one service had been 1100 miles late!!
Comments:
Not as reliable as people would have you believe.
Try before you buy to make sure you & yours can live with the harsh, crashing and bouncy ride.
However, its presence, performance and handling still bring a grin to my face after nearly three year's ownership.
